A planning application has been received in regards to the above site. The documents can be viewed at
www.newport.gov.uk/planningonline using the case number 21/1055. We would appreciate your
observations within 21 days of this letter. You may also choose to monitor the progress of this application
through the website and view the decision made in due course.
As the application falls into the delegated decision category it is intended to determine the application as
soon as possible after the end of the consultation period. Should you have any observations to make, I
would be grateful to receive them as soon as possible.
You will be aware that the Council has been set a target by the Welsh Assembly to determine at least 80% of
its applications within 8 weeks, which therefore necessitates a strict adherence to a timetable. In exceptional

This application will have a Design & Access Statement if one is required by Article 7 of the Town And
Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 or Regulation 6 of The
Planning (Listed Buildings And Conservation Areas) (Wales) Regulations 2012.
